What does it take to motivate employees?
Article Abstract:
A record of low worker turnover has been achieved by the Zanders in several ways. Incentives include special, individual recognition including employee-of-the month and of-the-year awards, good fringe benefits, and competitive wages. Strong direction from management coupled with respect and concrete benefits for employees produce high morale.
