Article Abstract:
Canada is expected to have 400 new buildings that are LEED-certified owing to the trend of building green. Unfortunately, it was found that none of these are restaurants. Stratus Vineyard and E-Terra, a winery and a lodging facility respectively, are some of those who have incorporated the green concept into their establishments. Efforts to be green by other establishments in the hospitality and foodservice industry are also presented.

The executives of the food and beverages industry say that liqueurs are vital for the industry sales. As liqueurs have become a staple in many cocktail and martini recipes the industry is coming out with delicious flavors at reasonable prices to meet the tastes of the consumers. The recipes of Marlowe's Creamsicle and the velvet Olive's Thai Sapphire are provided.
