Restaurant operators have to be very careful about the cleanliness and sanitation in their restaurants, as patrons are more conscious about these matters. Appropriate disinfectants, ergonomic cleaning brushes, proper care and usage of dishwasher for cleaning and sanitation of dishes and availability of a hand-washing sink with hand-sanitizer are necessary in a restaurant.
