Yonge and restless

Article Abstract:

The Yonge/Dundas intersection in Toronto, Ontario, has undergone a major revival as a result of the joint private/public redevelopment program launched by the city in cooperation with the Yonge Street Business and Resident Assn. Toronto allotted around C$10 million to develop a public meeting place on the south-east corner of the intersection, while private developers invested millions of dollars into the entertainment, retail and media busineses in the surrounding area.
