Michael Grade is chief executive officer of Channel Four and non-executive chair of First Leisure, and he believes there is a synergy between leisure and broadcasting, with both trying to achieve the same objectives. He feels that leisure will continue developing rapidly, with jobs coming into the system much quicker.
