How often do restaurant patrons wish they could eat dinner out?

Article Abstract:

A Gallup poll reports, that Americans would prefer to eat dinner out 3 times a month more than they actually do. Young adults and working women want to eat out more, while patrons, who eat dinner out more than three or four times a week, are less interested in increasing their dining-out activities. Main reasons cited for not eating dinner out more often are a preference for home cooking, and the hassle of going out.

Give your employees incentive to sell

Article Abstract:

Employee incentive programs in restaurants are varied and creative. They include cash bonuses, trips to learning seminars, holiday trips away and the like. The emphasis is on motivating employees to sell as well as to offer good services. Giving key employees a partnership in the operation further increases their drive towards striving for success in marketing as well as in service.
