Yogurt has taken on the multicultural flavors of Canada, migrants from around the world have shared their recipes from their own homelands. Yogurt is versatile, rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, can be low in fat, and because of the presence of good bacteria, it improves digestion and boosts the immune system. Some of the restaurants that use yogurt on their dishes are featured.

Mexican food chain Taco Del Mar was established in 1992, and has been brought to Canada by Darryl Chandra of TDM Federal Holdings. The Canadian franchise has been growing at a rapid rate, and is now expecting its 100th restaurant in the spring or summer of 2008. The business performance of Taco Del Mar in Canada is discussed.
