Article Abstract:
An overview of Graham Hayes' career as a chef is presented. Hayes graduated form the Lame Culinary College in Ireland, and was classically trained at the Machramome House Hotel in Northern Island. When he arrived in Canada, he worked at Bofinger and Oliver's Bistro. At present, he is the executive chef of Canyon Creek Chophouse.
