Frozen yoghurt provides a healthy treat which is ideally suited to marketing through the leisure industry. Consumer weight consciousness and awareness of healthy eating provides a profit opportunity to sell a low-fat, protein-, calcium- and carbohydrate-rich convenience food containing no cholesterol.
