Article Abstract:

The incidences of food allergies are going on increasing in Canada, hence restaurants should take precautions and train and educate their staff in issues related to food allergies, so that the staff can provide accurate information to the customer. Studies of Toronto-based Anaphylaxis Canada indicate that desserts account for the maximum allergic reactions followed by the main course and then the appetizers.
