Allan Wheway has the task of leasing the space, known as Sanctuary Spa, following the acquisition of The Sanctuary women-only health club. Day spas are a major growth area in the United States and Wheway believes there is huge potential in the UK for the sector. He aims to achieve a health farm environment in a day spa setting, promoting health, fitness and lifestyle.
