Glendola Leisure's managing director Alex Salussolia explains why he will not take the company public. The firm is a pub, club and restaurant group. The compa ny came into being in 1973 when the principal's father and his business partne r, Finlay Tinker, purchased Bootsy Brogans, a pub in Wembley, which the company continues to own. The pub serves as head office for the group.
