Procurement of wireless, software-driven system that uses onboard data terminals helps in improving the efficiency and productivity of a paratransit operator. The installation process of the mobile computing interface and customized mobile data computers by Wheels of Wellness, a Philadelphia-based paratransit service provider, to increase its productivity and overall efficiency is examined.
