A task force used to develop a method for measuring safety and improvements efforts was the most reliable and valid. A survey, which uses various components of the management system like education, knowledge and effectiveness, has a positive impact on the industries.

The use of supervisory practices as leverage to improve safety behavior: a cross-level intervention model

Article Abstract:

Three intervention studies designed to modify supervisory monitoring and rewarding of subordinates safety performance is presented. The inclusion of workers safety behavior as in-role supervisory responsibilities is discussed.
