The fainting disease

Article Abstract:

Neurally mediated reflex syncope, also known as common fainting, is found in people with heart conditions because of potentially dangerous heart rhythm abnormalities. A woman suffering from the fainting disease narrates her agonizing experience of the disease, despite using various medical therapies and lighter exercises to overcome the same.

Article Abstract:

Study shows that people doing more intense exercise for the same amount of time are able to burn more calories. People who do not exercise regularly lose weight and when they start exercising the intensity of calories in take burn out will not be as great as compared to a person doing regular exercise.

Physicians are prescribing exercise rather than rest for heart disease, hypertension, arthritis, diabetes and other chronic diseases. Exercise helps the chronically ill by building strength and aerobic fitness.
