The effects of magnesium supplementation on exercise performance
Article Abstract:
This article examines the effects of four weeks of magnesium supplementation on subsequent anaerobic and incremental exercise test performance in active women. Findings indicate that the dietary supplements elevated resting levels of serum magnesium but did not significantly affect exercise performance or recovery.

Article Abstract:
Results describe diaphragmatic ischemia and visceral ligaments stress as etiological characteristics of the exercise-related transient abdominal pain. Data indicate that these will serve as basis for examining other causes such as musculature cramp and parietal peritoneum irritation.
