Article Abstract:

There has not always been an obvious connection between aging and exercise, but individuals such as Fred Kasch of the Fred Kasch Exercise Physiology Lab at San Diego State University have changed that. They have proven that exercise will have a positive effect on the body at any age.

The two lives of Jackie Cole

Article Abstract:

Cole's personality changed after she recovered from a coma caused by a broken blood vessel in her brain. She also had problems with her short-term memory and her sense of direction. Her problems inspired her son to write a play called 'I Married A Fly.'

Bernadette Soubirous, in 1858, saw an apparition of a lady, who priests declared was the Virgin Mary. Since then, the ill have come for healing to the site of the apparition, a grotto in Lourdes, France. A visit to Lourdes is described.
