No effect of heavy resistance training and creatine supplementation on blood lipids
Article Abstract:
This study investigates the effects of resistance training and creatine monohydrate supplementation on health status measures of trained men. The creatine group had greater body mass increases and elevated serum creatine levels when compared to the placebo group, but there were no significant differences in blood lipid levels.

Physiological responses to short-term exercise in the heat after creatine loading
Article Abstract:
This article examines the effects of creatine supplementation on physiological responses and athletic performance during exercise in high temperatures. Findings indicate that creatine supplementation increased body mass, serum creatine levels, aldosterone response, and peak power during sprints without influencing thermoregulation.

Performance and muscle fiber adaptations to creatine supplementation and heavy resistance training
Article Abstract:
The authors examine the effect of creatine supplementation together with weight training to treat muscle fiber hypertrophy and muscle creating accumulation. Creatine supplementation was shown to enhance fat-free mass, muscle morphology, and physical performance.
