The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative announced by the State Department of Homeland Security on July 13th 2005, states that the United States citizens are required to have a passport for entry or reentry into the United States from the Caribbean, Bermuda and Central and South America as of December 31st 2005. Sunsail's new sunsail world programme gives a chance to sail the world's ocean on a 40-foot bareboat for one week.
