Golfers can improve their game by improving their set-up, and one of the best ways to do this is by "reading" their arm hang for three major address components: posture, alignment of shoulders and feet, and distribution of weight. They can check this by standing in set-up position in front of a mirror, dropping the club, and then checking arm hang according to the address components.
