Article Abstract:

Increased internal hip rotation (IHR) is a major factor in golf technique which can produce longer shots and reduce back pain. IHR can effect the backswing and the follow-through. An exercise to increase IHR is presented.

By correctly stretching the upper body during a tee shot it is possible to increase the distance a golf ball may be hit. A series of procedures is illustrated for generating a more powerful drive.
