Does the Harvard study stomp on walking?

Article Abstract:

Results of a recent Harvard study show that human life can be prolonged with the help of vigorous exercises. Walking at a minimum of four miles per hour for 45 minutes, five days per week, qualifies as a vigorous exercise. Therefore, it is recommended for those who want to lengthen their lives.

Should you eat organic food?

Article Abstract:

Organically-grown foods have become popular among consumers. Organic foods are more expensive but taste better than chemically-grown ones. However, not enough scientific data exists to support claims that organic foods are more nutritious and healthy than chemically-grown ones.
