Article Abstract:

Iron-overload disease or hemochromatosis is a genetic disease which is quite widespread. A woman recounts how after eight years of constant fatigue she discover that she had IOD, the same thing that her mother was suffering from. Symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment for IOD is described.

Article Abstract:

Before treatment can begine, every doctor needs to know their patient's existing medical conditions, the medicines they are taking, and whether they have any allergies. Providing this information on a card carried at all times could be used to save one's life in an emergency.
