A state of Grace

Article Abstract:

A delivery cruise from Annapolis Harbor to St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, aboard a 45-foot yacht is described. The cruise was threatened by Hurricane Grace, but luckily there were no injuries and little damage. Much of the danger could have been prevented if the boat had had adequate communications facilities.
