Mark Johnson; Naseem Hamed v. Erik Morales; and Ricardo Lopez v. Rosendo Alvarez.

The 1972 US Olympic basketball team apparently had won their game with the team from the Soviet Union by a score of 50-49, but through a series of bizarre rulings the Soviet team was allowed an additional three seconds and managed to win the game and the gold medal by a 51-50 score.
