Article Abstract:

The development of the highly successful iPhone and the negotiations between AT&T and Apple for the phone's distribution is discussed. Apple gets 10 percent of iPhone sales in AT&T stores as well as around $10 from every iPhone customer's bill every month in exchange for the five years of exclusivity that AT&T enjoys.
