Article Abstract:
A study is conducted to investigate the rate of citation errors in the reference lists of five social work journals. A stratified, computer-generated random sample is selected and each reference is verified against the original work for accuracy in six fields such as article title, author name, journal title, pagination, volume and year.

Article Abstract:
A study is conducted to examine the equivalence of validity and reliability of two forms of the Self-Esteem Rating Scale. The findings suggest that the two forms may be used interchangeably in social work practice and that the equating formula may be used to convert a score from one form to an equivalent score on the other form.

Article Abstract:
The drawbacks in the suggestions for pedagogical changes in social work education as given by Gambrill, Howard and Allen-Mears are pointed out and reforms that offer a template for significant curriculum improvement are presented.
