Article Abstract:
The process of adoption of parent-child interaction therapy for Puerto Rican parents of children aged 4-6 years with hyperactivity and other significant behavior problems are examined. The results might provide information to clinicians and researchers who work with Latino families about relevant issues to be considered to promote their participation in behavioral family interventions and to enhance their acceptability and effectiveness.

Article Abstract:
A qualitative investigation for developing a family-based depression prevention program in urban community mental health clinics is discussed. The findings support the multicomponent design of Protecting Families Program, which focuses on increasing knowledge of depression, enhancing social support, and improving parental skills.

Hate, the most dangerous of all human emotions is analyzed by finding out what obscures hate when it is actually present and what pretends to be hate when it is not there. It is concluded that overcoming hate requires imagination and one must learn to imagine a world without hate.
