Article Abstract:
The psychometric evaluation of the Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SRQ) is determined by evaluating the factor structure of the SRQ, and the internal consistency of the resultant factors. It was observed that the results provided support for the reliability and validity of the SSRQ in young adults and predicts alcohol-related problems.

A study on the personalized normative feedback, and the personal striving assessment is conducted to determine whether techniques purported to develop discrepancy development actually develop discrepancy. Results indicated that only the personalized normative feedback increases discrepancy and intension to reduce alcohol use.

Article Abstract:
The effects of written and in-person decisional balance exercises on measures of risky drinking was examined among college students. No significant differences among intervention group and control group on drinking outcome variables were seen.
