Article Abstract:
Corporate owners who are looking forward to alleviate the adverse effects of job stress must not solely rely on organizational intervention programs in enhancing employee performance. Contrary to previous studies, it has been shown that undesirable employee behavior is not merely caused by stress but other psychological-related reasons as well. Such makes the use of cross-sectional analytical methods inefficient in assessing organizational behavior.

A study on the evolution of organization, and corresponding changes in social and human behaviors, is presented. The study examines the contingent relationship between resource challenges and resultant social structure in the organization.
