Intricate decision-making processes can be improved through process management, which aims at introducing variety, retention and selection into the decision-making process. The process arrangement mechanisms like variety, retention and selection could be imitated in the decision-making process, thus allowing evolution to take place in the process, which will result in an improved decision.
