The association between specific nurse case management interventions and elder health

Article Abstract:

A study showing that frail elderly persons in community-dwelling receiving specific coping assistance show better functional abilities despite lower general, mental and emotional health conditions is presented. The results prove that nurse case management interventions have positive effects on functional abilities of older people.
