Salt marsh to treat water plant's reverse-osomosis concentrate

The brine being discharged by the Hobart Park Water Treatment Plant into the Indian River Lagoon in Florida exceeds the limit set by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for radium and alpha particles. Details on the pumping of the brine to Spoonbill Marsh and the treatment process are discussed.
