Engineering the Everglades

Article Abstract:

The Army Corps of Engineers spent over two decades and $208 million building a complicated water management system in the Florida Everglades which has caused environmental damage to the area. Now the engineers are hoping to reverse the damage. The environmental plans are discussed.
