She believes that the Internet can be used to improve people's lives, boosting the status of ordinary people. She admits that she has made many mistakes, but believes that it is important always to take up new challenges. She is currently travelling extensively to promote her book, 'Release 2.0.'

Jamaican food tends to be quite solid and starchy. However, further investigation reveals that Jamaican food can also be subtle, with careful use of herbs and spices. Each of Jamaica's 14 parishes has particular delicacies, many of which can be purchased at the roadside. In Kingston, Jamaica, there are a number of excellent restaurants, along with a network of Tastee patty outlets. Jamaican delicacies include jerk chicken, fish soup and red pea soup.
