Article Abstract:

Anti-fox hunting organisation the Justice Department has been undertaking an extensive campaign against leading figures in the hunting world over the last few years, although this has received little media coverage. This is causing growing concern in the security forces, although the campaign is not yet regarded as a full-scale terrorist threat. The Justice Department is thought to be the terrorist unit of the Animal Liberation Front (ALF), which has undertaken many attacks against animal breeding establishments, research laboratories and similar operations.

Animal rights, and wrongs: it isn't just other countries that are guilty of abuse

Article Abstract:

Animals are mistreated in the United Kingdom and abroad, for cultural and economic reasons. Stray dogs are killed by the thousand in the UK, there are experiments on animals, animals are hunted, and they are kept in factor and fur farms. Animals are seen as existing for humans and lacking souls. Views have changed on the ill-treatment of women and slaves, and they should change on the ill-treatment of animals. Public pressure is one way to effect change.

All he asks for is respect

Article Abstract:

The recent High Court decision that Dover port authority acted illegally in banning live animal exports will spark off large-scale civil disobedience, according to animal welfare campaigner Mark Glover. He is determined to destroy the meat industry, believing firmly that it is fundamentally wrong to abuse and eat animals. He has already had extensive campaigning experience, and now works with protest group Respect for Animals.
