The quiet town of Cetinje, Montenegro, could become the focus for the civil war that many people in Montenegro believe will break out in the near future. There are many Cetinjans who are determined that the town will not come back under the control of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, and they are prepared to fight to defend their views. They believe that the Serbs are trying to force Montenegro into a war, and state that they would not be afraid to go to war.

The Serbs are victims too

Article Abstract:

It is important to remember that attacks are being carried out against Serbs in Kosovo, Yugoslavia. These attacks have the implicit backing of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). The KLA denies responsibility, but takes no action against those who attack Serbs on its behalf. The international community must make it clear that it will not help with the reconstruction of Kosovo unless the KLA stops attacking the Serbs.
