Pete Dunne, a member of the New Jersey Audubon Society and director of the Audubon's Cape May Bird Observatory for the past 25 years, is one of the most famous birders in the US. The 49-year-old, in addition to writing books and articles for numerous nature magazines, has helped to more than quadruple the membership of New Jersey Audubon during his tenure.
