Prime time

Current practice holds that prime time for individuals occur at age 50. Due to more healthful outlooks and activities, today's 55-year-olds are more vital, healthier and physically younger than a much younger yet sedentary person. One must actively engage in life to be able to remain young.

More and more people are turning to cosmetic surgery as the older population becomes more focused on health and fitness. Some of the cosmetic surgical procedures that are being practised widely include surgical lifts, liposuction, hair transplants and facial peels.

Exercise: less aerobics, more weights

Article Abstract:

The quality of aging can be controlled through exercise as research shows that people who exercise live longer and better. Upon reaching age 40, a daily exercise regimen that includes cardiovascular work, strength training and flexibility is highly required.
