Founders is located on the 19th floor of Bellevue Hotel. Its food, service and ambience rate 7, 9 and 10, respectively. The Pattaya Grill is a French-Thai food cafe barely escaping the hole-in-the-wall category, but its ethnic treat is enough reason for it to exist. The Mirchi serves Hindu and Tex-Mex food. The Hindu menu has more to offer.
