Medtronic, the medical device firm, is located in Netherlands and also its branches are scattered in the different parts of the country as the executives of the company are of the opinion that there are a lot of qualified people for the required jobs. The company wants to have its head office in a state where people are well educated, so finally they selected Costa Rica, which satisfied the above requirement and also is politically stable.
