What's in a name?

Article Abstract:

National Association of Realtor's, predecessors of the National Association of Real Estate Boards, have conferred 'Realtors' as a professional title for it's official members, and hence proposes that it cannot be used by non-members in the same business. But the fact that the term is very generic has become an issue, and is being challenged in the court.

Information about getting back proper compensation when moving onto another brokerage depending upon proper reviewing and use of unambiguous language in the terms of the agreement is presented. Ensuring that compensation terms included in an agreement are enforceable and is also highlighted.
