Eve B. Lee & Associates Inc. (Grayslake, Illinois) president Eve Lee has been involved in opposing racial discrimination, including being involved in the Leadership Council for Metropolitan Open Communities in Chicago, a fair housing non-profit agency. Lee said it was unusual for a real estate professional to be involved in such groups. Besides being a sales leader, Lee is involved in a project to develop transitional housing for women leaving jail with addictions, through the renovation of an apartment building.

Article examines what real estate professionals can do to lessen the gap between buyer and seller expectations when listing homes in high-end markets. Accordingly, it is taking longer to reach agreements between buyers and sellers in these markets as inventories grow.
