The centre of attention

Article Abstract:

Hertfordshire's Hemel Hempstead has succeeded in boosting confidence in the office rental market following the committment of Gazeley Properties which is currently occupying 35 acres of space in the area at 68 pounds sterling per square meter. The Harlequin shopping complex in Watford has taken some business from the town although the pedestrianised shopping area is seen as a good thing. Some critics feel that Gazeley Properties have an ulterior motive by attempting to secure rental agreements for the future.

The London Bridge and Borough areas are the price office locations in the London borough of Southwark. They are sometimes seen in a negative light compared with the City of London, which is situated only just over London Bridge, but in fact offer certain advantages over the City. Article Abstract:

The property industry should be less self-centred, according to Urban Space Management's Eric Reynolds, who has had a significant influence on property development work in London, England. He places strong emphasis on energizing inner-city buildings that appear to be almost derelict.
