The UK Property Marketing and Design Awards for 1999 included awards under a number of categories, such as corporate advertisement, annual report, corporate brochure along with awards in a number of sectors, such as UK offices and retail. Each award is sponsored by a business. The St Martins Award for excellence in an overall campaign was won by the Canary Wharf Group for their 'seeing is believing' campaign. The Healy and Baker Special Judges' Award was won by Silk Pearce for its work on the Granchester Group annual report and accounts.
