A wealth of speculation

Article Abstract:

Maidstone, the county town of Kent, England, has suffered from a lacklustre commercial and industrial property market throughout the 1990s and the problem of oversupply still remains. However, there is a market for new speculative building in the area and developer Rouse Kent has applied for a 50,000 sq ft office building at the King's Hill business park.
