Demand for office space in Warwickshire, England, is high but supplies are limited, with some agents reporting increasing interest from companies based in the South of England. BT is reviewing its plans to redevelop a 900 acre site on the outskirts of Rugby, Warwickshire. Some of the land was to be used for house construction. BT had planned to build a theme park on 300 acres of the site. Some local authority representatives are calling for an overall plan for the site, which also includes 700 acres of brownfield land.

Rover Group's decision to acquire land for its headquarters at Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, UK, has removed one of the few opportunities of acquiring ready-made space in the area. Ready-made space is in short supply, though there is some development land available, and companies may have to consider designing and building facilities. Other towns in the county, including Stratford, Rugby, Wellesbourne and Nuneaton are growth areas.
