Valuations - winners and losers

Article Abstract:

British industrial property rents have generally remained stable throughout 1995, preventing growth in their valuation unless additional leasing arrangements have been made. Shopping mall valuations have risen significantly during the same period, although only in popular locations. Valuations are often less if the property's lease conditions are undesirable. Capital Shopping Centres investment value rose by 12.8% during 1995.

Quoted attraction

Article Abstract:

Some surveying companies in the U.K. feel that having a Stock Exchange quote makes acquisitions easier.
