Article Abstract:
There are many controversial issues associated with the construction of tall buildings in the centre of London, England. Some observers argue that a city of world status should have the flexibility to offer high buildings in a restricted urban environment. However, others warn that tall buildings must be of very high quality design and use appropriate materials.
