The fast-track building programme approach is becoming more popular in the United Kingdom as more companies are realising that a speculative building strategy rarely succeeds. Bespoke buildings, which are built and fitted out according to customer requirements, can be completed within 30 weeks. Examples of fast-track developments include the European headquarters for MBNA International Bank at Chester Business Park, and Bristol Parkway North, Bristol.
